FAQ: Delivery and Activation

After the prepaid SIM is ready, you may collect it at our Tsim Sha Tsui East store or use SF Express delivery to a designated address.

We offer store pickup or SF Express delivery (including COD for remaining balance if needed). No handling fee is charged for these methods.

Because prepaid SIM cards have validity limits, new owners must complete real-name registration and activation within 14 days. Keep the SIM package before registration.

For prepaid SIM cards, individual users can register up to 10 cards per telecom operator, while corporate users can register up to 25 cards per operator. Postpaid plans are not limited in the same way.

You can check prepaid SIM balance and validity date on our website. We have listed methods for all major Hong Kong telecom operators.
