Delivery and Collection

How do you deliver?

After the prepaid SIM is ready, you may collect it at our Tsim Sha Tsui East store or use SF Express delivery to a designated address.

What collection methods are available? Is there any handling fee?

We offer store pickup or SF Express delivery (including COD for remaining balance if needed). No handling fee is charged for these methods.

What should I do after receiving the prepaid SIM?

Because prepaid SIM cards have validity limits, new owners must complete real-name registration and activation within 14 days. Keep the SIM package before registration.

What is the real-name registration limit for prepaid SIM cards?

For prepaid SIM cards, individual users can register up to 10 cards per telecom operator, while corporate users can register up to 25 cards per operator. Postpaid plans are not limited in the same way.
